Do you know that

  • 65% of operating losses result from ineffective operation of processes, including mistakes or lack of procedures, and

  • 26% of them result from human fallibility?

  • (study of The Risk Management Association)

  • Operational efficiency of companies is decisive for their development and survival on the market.

  • I cooperate with management so that companies develop better, achieve their business goals faster and people want to work for them.

The cooperation is founded on

Responsibility

that is reliable performance of actions agreed upon and meeting commitments.

Streamlining

and facilitating operational processes as a result of observing shortcomings.

Cooperation

in striving to achieve the set goal.

Security

which results from foreseeing the outcomes of actions taken and limiting their negative consequences.

Flexibility

in the approach to analysed and performed works.

interim management

interim management

Business is based on managing operations.

I also help efficiently transfer company strategy into operational objectives.

As part of interim management activities I support companies in the area of P&L, sales, customer service, marketing, administration and logistics management.

I focus in particular on:

In complex projects I cooperate closely with specialists in accounting, law, property management, HR, with business trainers and coaches. Hence, if needed, I also offer a competent multi-skilled advisory team.

The most important aspect of an interim manager’s work is increasing the customer’s company value in a given area and achieving a specific targets. Interim manager brings to the company his extensive operational experience, developed competences and skills, relevant for individual areas of company operation, and his experience in delivering results for similar types of tasks.

interim management

operational consulting

It is often not necessary to change anything, it is enough to improve or do something differently.

As part of consulting I cooperate with managers who want to act and are ready to take the controlled risk of following a different, new path of development. We do it so that their companies achieve business goals better and faster.

Such cooperation is based on:

  • Mutual trust. I see it as credibility, foreseeability of actions and partner relation, i.e. understanding, open communication and respect for the partner and his needs.
  • Co-responsibility. We look at a problem together. I contribute my knowledge and know-how and tailor the solution to the assumptions and needs, while the customer decides on implementation and its range.
  • Activities keeping the customer within the project. They allow him to control and participate in works on an ongoing basis. We solve a problem and the customer goes on to act and develop on his own, in a clearly defined direction.

I think that a combination of knowledge and managerial experience is a key to success of any business project. I implement changes both in the consulting and interim management system.

In complex projects I cooperate closely with specialists in accounting, law, property management, HR, with business trainers and coaches. Hence, if needed, I also offer a competent multi-skilled advisory team.

szkolenia dla managerow

trainings for managers

Successful companies care for continuous development of staff competences. They do it not only in the area of “hard” professional skills but also in that of “soft” personal ones. Without soft skills it is difficult to communicate with others, achieve business goals and act in line with changing reality.

I think that a combination of knowledge and practical managerial experience is a key to success of any training project.

As a business trainer I focus on developing the “professional competences of the future”, i.e.:

As part of my training activities

I develop and run trainings and development projects concerning sales, customer service, personal and managerial competences.

I streamline communication in company by teaching people how to talk and listen more effectively.

I inspire people to seek new solutions which lead companies to achieve operational excellence.

I prepare trainings and programmes for internal trainers.

As concerns trainings and development programmes, I cooperate with a team of experienced business trainers and coaches. This gives us the possibility to carry out projects which are complex in terms of their subject matter and skills.

about me

I improve operational processes and management methods so that companies develop better, achieve their business goals faster and people want to work for them.

My motto is:

differently = more easily, more quickly, more efficiently.

What I do

I cooperate with managers at the managerial and operational levels.

I focus on efficient management of a company and/or of its key processes, in particular in the operation of sales, customer service, administration, logistics, storage and distribution.

I bring my knowledge and know-how to the projects carried out, and I engage managers in cooperation. I make sure that they not only understand the implemented changes but also feel comfortable and safe with them. Apart from task performance my goal is to ensure that management staff is calm and pleased that a difficult issue has been settled and is convinced that right actions have been taken.

How I do it

I prepare solutions tailored to the project and to the customer’s expectations. I help notice difficulties before they develop into a problem. I do not impose anything. I observe and react when necessary. I help managers find a solution and discover new possibilities.

I have hands-on experience and I am an advisor – partner. During the cooperation I support and advise on personal development of the manager and the development of his company.

In complex projects I cooperate closely with specialists in accounting, law, property management, HR, with business trainers and coaches. Hence, if needed, I also offer a competent multi-skilled advisory team.

I also specialise in self storage which is a new and developing industry in Poland. At the moment I am the most experienced specialist in self storage industry in Poland. My competences include many areas, from searching for a property, preparing its complete internal and external infrastructure, through preparation of development plans, necessary procedures, selection and training of employees, up to leading the company to full operational efficiency.
